WWE has yet to announce when their NXT brand's next TakeOver special event will take place, but based on an advertisement on the WWE Network, it looks like the event will take place on April 8 during WWE WrestleMania 37 week. This would be two nights prior to Night 1 of WrestleMania 37, which takes place on Saturday, April 10th.
According to Heel By Nature, if you have a subscription with the WWE Network and try to cancel it, an advertisement appears where the WWE tries to convince you to not cancel and has three upcoming events listed, which includes Fastlane, TakeOver and WrestleMania 37.
There is no word yet on what might take place on Friday, April 9, but that could be when the WWE Hall of Fame induction ceremony happens. The company has not officially announced an NXT TakeOver Event to take place on WrestleMania 37 Week, but updates will be provided as it becomes available.
