-- WWE's newest commentator, Joe Tessitore, debuts tonight on Monday Night Raw as the company shuffles up its announcing team over the next few weeks and months up to the launch of the show on Netflix. Tessitore has past experience calling football and boxing and is a self professed wrestling fan too.
-- The WrestleVotes account reports that WWE - especially within the production team - are "fired up" for tonight's episode with Tessitore at the helm as he brings a "professional tone" that WWE has been looking for. Tessitore will be working closely with veteran commentator Michael Cole in the early stages of his career and Cole is said to be a big supporter for Tessitore's.
-- Tessitore will be joined tonight at the commentating booth by Wade Barrett while Cole moves over to WWE Smackdown alongside Corey Graves. The teams will be re-shuffled next year when WWE's partnership with Netflix begins with Cole and a returning Pat Mcafee calling Raw, presumably leaving some combination of Tessitore, Barrett and Graves for Smackdown.
Many within WWE, especially on the production side, are fired up for Joe Tessitore’s debut tonight on RAW.
