WWE Raw Generates Impressive Audience, Rating Against Most Watched MNF Game in 27 Years

-- Monday's WWE Raw was down ever so slightly in overnight viewership numbers released, dipping only 1% to 1.459 million while the news was even more impressive in the 18-49 demo, where Raw climbed to a 0.49 rating. That figure marks the show's best mark in over two months, in fact, dating back to before NFL's Monday Night Football resumed.

-- In an even bigger surprise, Monday's NFL game between the Chiefs and Eagles - a Super Bowl rematch - drew a gigantic combined audience of 28.96 million across three TV stations. That number makes that game not only the most watched football game of the year so far, but the biggest Monday Night Football viewership in 27 years. The three hours for Raw were 1.617 million, 1.435 million and 1.324 million and overall, the show finished 7th on the night trailing football related coverage and SportsCenter following the game.
