Hello again wrestling fans, and welcome back to the Raw Talk Recap! After the latest episode of Monday Night Raw, WWE taped another edition of Raw Talk, which can be seen on Peacock and the WWE Network. Check out the full show below.
Raw Talk
⁃ The show kicks off with footage from the main event of Raw, where Charlotte and Nikki A.S.H went to war in a No-Holds Barred match.
⁃ In the studio, Kayla Braxton and Matt Camp cover the Raw Talk Headlines, until Kayla pitches the show to the Allstate Arena.
Mustafa Ali & Mansoor
Kevin Patrick is standing by with both competitors, who look dejected after their tough loss. Kevin begins by asking each person what happened on Raw, and Ali sarcastically responds “what a great question! What did happen tonight? Mansoor, why don’t you answer the question.” Mansoor tries to explain, telling Kevin “I think every new tag team goes through...” Ali cuts him off, and says “HE dropped the ball tonight. That’s what happened.” Kevin points out the fact that Mansoor picked Ali up after the loss, and Mansoor smiles. Mustafa states “I don’t know what you’re talking about...” and walks away. Mansoor smiles even bigger, and tells Kevin “I think he’s starting to like me!” Kevin pitches it back over to Kayla and Matt, who sends the show to an ad break.
⁃ Kayla mentions Reggie is up next, and the show heads to a break.
**Commercial Break**
⁃ On the other side of the break, highlights from the collision between Omos and Riddle are aired.
⁃ Matt and Kayla cover a few more moments from Monday Night Raw ,until Kayla pitches it back to Kevin in Chicago.
Reggie
Kevin is in Chicago by himself, and he frantically says “Kayla, I had him here a minute ago!” Reggie makes his way from behind a box, and he’s ready to defend his Championship in a moments notice. Kevin wonders if Reggie is feeling confident after all of his successful title defenses, and Reggie explains “I am on cloud nine for sure. I don’t feel good, I feel great.” Kevin asks how the anxiety of being 24/7 Champion is treating Reggie, and the champ tells viewers “I don’t sleep much. I sometimes sleep on the plane, but that’s it. I have to watch my back in the day, in the night, and even in the bathroom... it’s kinda awkward.” Kevin asks a final question, and he wants to know if Reggie can teach him a few tricks. Reggie laughs, and tells Kevin “not a chance. Nice suit by the way.” Kevin thanks Reggie for stopping by, and throws the show back over to Kayla in the studio.
⁃ Kayla announces Drew McIntyre will be the final guest of the day, and sends the show to one last break.
**Commercial Break**
⁃ Raw Talk returns from the break, and more footage from Monday Night Raw is shown.
⁃ Matt and Kayla share a few thoughts on the story between former 3MB teammates, until Kayla sends the show back to Chicago for one last interview.
Drew McIntyre
The former WWE Champion makes his presence felt on the show, and Kevin begins the questions right away. Kevin asks Drew about the message he sent to Jinder Mahal on Raw, and McIntyre explains “the sword isn’t just a prop. Eventually I had to use it. It was three on one, so what am I supposed to do? Grab the sword and start swinging, then they ran their ass’s out of there. Next question.” Kevin wonders what’s next for Drew, if Jinder keeps coming back, and McIntyre tells Kevin “Jinder may just keep running. But I will be chasing him. I know where he lives, but that’s the easy route. I want him to show up to work every week terrified, wondering how far I am gonna go.” Kevin points out Drew mentioning the name of his sword on Raw, and Drew tells viewers “its name is Angela, my late mother’s name.” Kevin sends Raw Talk back to the studio one last time, and the final interview comes to a close.
⁃ Matt and Kayla put a bow on all on the action from Monday Night Raw, and Raw Talk fades to black.
