After the latest episode of Monday Night Raw, WWE taped their latest episode of Raw Talk. The show featured The Grit Couple, an appearance from Becky Lynch, as well as a visit from the Alpha Academy. Check it out:
Raw Talk (1/3/22)
Scott Stanford welcomes everyone to the show, and introduces viewers to his co-host, Matt Camp. Scott and Matt cover a few of the highlights from Raw, until Scott throws things over to Kevin Patrick in the arena.
Alpha Academy
Moments after going to battle with Team RKBro, Otis and Chad Gable of the Alpha Academy are backstage with Kevin Patrick. KP kicks off the interview by asking... nothing, because he’s interrupted by Otis. The big man warns Kevin, stating “this better be worthy of the masters time...” Kevin proceeds with his question, and asks Gable where he ranks his tag team victory over Team RKBro. Chad explains “when I look back at my list of achievements in life, and my list is big, my greatest achievement is helping this man(Otis).” Kevin wonders if the Alpha Academy believes they deserve a Raw Tag Team Championship match, and Gable questions “deserved? We earned it! We pinned the champs! What else could possibly result from this? The Raw Tag Team Championships are coming home, and they are going to be around our waste, then everyone will witness the true carnage of Otis!”Kevin pitches Raw Talk back over to Matt and Jackie, who sends the show to an ad break.

⁃ On the other side of the break, a few clips are shown from Raw, until Scott hands the reigns over to Sarah Schreiber.
Becky Lynch
Coming off of the heels of a promo segment featuring Bianca Belair and Liv Morgan, “The Man” has a few words for Raw Talk viewers. Sarah fires away with questions, and asks Becky about her upcoming title defense at the Royal Rumble. Sarah mentions that a triple threat number one contenders bout will decide Beckys opponent, and Lynch questions “triple threat?” Sarah confirms that the match will feature Bianca Belair, Liv Morgan, and Doudrop, so Becky asks “How did Doudrop get in there?” Hmm, a fellow Celt? We could get together and overthrow the yanks.” Sarah wonders who Becky would like face at the Royal Rumble, and Lynch pauses, before picking “Doudrop.” The Raw Women’s Champion walks away, and Sarah sends Raw Talk back to the studio.

⁃ Matt recaps a few more segments from Monday Night, until Sarah is ready for the final guest.
Edge & Beth Phoenix
Edge and Beth Phoenix are backstage with Sarah Schreiber, who has a couple of questions for “The Grit Couple.” Sarah begins by talking about their upcoming mixed tag team match against The Miz and Maryse, then follows up by asking the Glamazon and Rated-R Superstar for their reactions to The Miz accepting. Beth says “I’m so stoked! I think it will be massive, I can’t wait to work side by side with Edge.” Edge adds “if you would have told me that I would come back from my retirement, and then two years later I’d get to team with my wife at the Royal Rumble, I would have told you that you are crazy.” Edge and Beth move on, and the show heads over to the WWE Global Headquarters one last time.
⁃ Matt and Jackie share their final thoughts on Monday Night Raw, until the show comes to a close.
