-- This past Monday's WWE Raw viewership figures were released yesterday and against very stiff competition, Raw stayed relatively flat week-over-week, drawing an average audience of 1.419 million. This compares similarly to last week's 1.464 million. The show went up against the NFL wild card game between the Eagles and Bucs which drew just shy of 30 million combined viewers across three stations. It also went up against the Emmy Awards which drew in the neighborhood of 4 million viewers. Last week, Raw was up against the college football championship game.
-- In the 18-49 demographic, Raw attained a 0.45 rating, up marginally from 0.44 a week ago and more or less in line with the show's average 0.47 over the last few months. Beginning next week, Raw no longer faces competition from football, so it is expected that all the above figures will rise dramatically. Hourly viewership numbers are below:
-
Hour 1: 1.484 million
Hour 2: 1.465 million
Hour 3: 1.307 million
