WWE wrote off former Women's World Champion Stephanie Vaquer with an injury angle following WrestleMania 42 where she dropped the title to Liv Morgan. It was reported that Vaquer is indeed suffering from a legitimate injury, believed to the shoulder/AC joint injury that WWE referenced on Raw.
WrestleVotes Radio on Fightful Select reports that Vaquer is expected to be sidelined for a while as he rehabs the injury. While no timetable for a return is being shared within the company, there has been some internal speculation that the former champion will be gone for at least six weeks. With that in mind, the hope within WWE is that she will be cleared for action by the time SummerSlam comes around but even that isn't guaranteed.
