WWE Reportedly Looking at Bringing Back Another Previously Released NXT Star

-- With WWE's recent change in leadership, the company has reversed trend and started bringing back wrestlers who were released under the previous regime led by Vince McMahon. Apart from those who are already back over the last few weeks, fightfulselect.com reports that WWE was looking at bringing back Dexter Lumis as well. Not only is his name internally discussed a potential candidate to re-sign, but the report states that officials were hoping to reach out and speak to Lumis sometime last week. He was released back in April as part of WWE's budget cuts and has only worked some random indie dates since then.

-- In an update on Lumis' "The Way" stablemate, Johnny Gargano, the above report also mentioned that Shawn Michaels was given the role of reaching out to Gargano shortly after Triple H came into power and while it is believed that Michaels has been in touch with Gargano, it's unclear how far those discussions have come along.

-- This is not included in the fightful report and is simply my own observation but Gargano is a native of Cleveland, OH and tonight's WWE Monday Night Raw is in Cleveland so it would seem to be as good a time as any to bring him back, assuming the two sides have agreed on contract details.
