WWE Reportedly Spoils The Competitors For This Year’s Royal Rumble Matches

WWE is set to hold its 39th annual Royal Rumble premium live event on Saturday, January 31, at the King Abdullah Financial District in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As always, both the Men's and Women's Royal Rumble matches will be the main attractions, featuring 30 men and 30 women competing for a World Championship opportunity at WrestleMania.

In recent years, WWE has included several NXT talents in these major matches, and this year is no exception as the promotion appears to be taking it to the next level.

According to Dave Meltzer on the latest edition of Wrestling Observer Radio, a billboard outside the venue in Riyadh has revealed the names of some NXT stars competing in this year's Royal Rumble. The billboard is advertising talents such as Thea Hail, Tatum Paxley, Ethan Page, and Lola Vice for the upcoming event. Additionally, Meltzer mentioned that WWE is promoting two-time NXT Champion Oba Femi for the 2026 Royal Rumble.

As for top main roster stars, multi-time World Champions Roman Reigns and Brock Lesnar are also being advertised for the event. Although both Roman and Brock have been absent from WWE television, they are expected to return for the Royal Rumble.
