-- While WWE has not made it official, it is believed that next year's WrestleMania 42 will now take place once against in Las Vegas at Allegiant Stadium. However, some within the company are also not crossing off the idea that WWE could be taking their grand spectacle to an international location with London, England or Mexico as possible front-runners. Saudi Arabia is also expected to get a WrestleMania soon, but likely not in 2026 as WWE has already announced Royal Rumble 2026 to take place there.
-- With WWE moving WrestleMania away from New Orleans, there was considerable amount of frustration within the rest of the wrestling industry since many smaller events get scheduled in the vicinity in the week before. Fightfulselect.com reported that sources suggested that Wrestlecon had already inked their venue contract for New Orleans and while it's not clear if other promotions had also signed deals, it is usually normal for them to start negotiating venues a year in advance.
