WWE has been making it a habit as of late to run their PLEs head-to-head against AEW PPVs and after both All In and Double or Nothing faced competition against NXT events, the stakes have been raised for later this year.
According to a report from Post Wrestling, WWE is scheduled to run a PLE on September 20 which would be the same night as AEW broadcasts All Out and this time it will be a main roster event. This yet-to-be-named PLE would be held in Indianapolis, IN while All Out will come live from Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
If this report is true, the September WWE PLE would slot in between Clash in Paris on August 31 and Crown Jewel in Perth, Australia on October 11. WWE has yet to make any announcement.
