-- WWE is planning on running three PPVs from the Amway Center, or the ThunderDome as they are referring to it. Along with the 8/23 SummerSlam PPV this weekend, Payback on 8/30 and Clash of Champions on 9/27 are also scheduled before the 8/30 tentative end date of the agreement between WWE and the venue. The rest of WWE’s PPVs for the year fall after that date but it’s possible for the two sides to extend terms of the deal, but it would depend on the state of the pandemic.
-- Other dates that WWE has scheduled for PPVs in 2020 are November 1 for Hell in a Cell, November 22 for Survivor Series and December 20 for TLC.
