WWE Saturday Night's Main Event Notes: Vince McMahon, Randy Orton, more

-- NBC Universal sources indicated that last night's Saturday Night's Main Event generated the most buzz for a WWE PLE that they have seen on Peacock outside of WrestleMania.

-- Despite heavy rumors, neither Vince McMahon nor US President Donald Trump were at yesterday's Saturday Night's Main Event. While some suspected McMahon could show up in a surprise visit, he was never planned. Robert F. Kennedy Jr. and Linda McMahon were at the event, however.

-- Randy Orton was not able to make the event as he was in Saudi Arabia promoting next month's Royal Rumble. There was some chatter backstage amongst employees who were disappointed that Orton couldn't be at Cena's last match. CM Punk, Bayley and many others were seen watching Cena's match in the audience.

-- Cena stuck around long after the show ended saying goodbye and taking pictures with other wrestlers and WWE employees.
