WWE Signs Another Top Independent Wrestler

It was previously reported that according to Fightful Select, the promotion recently signed Christian Casanova to a contract and is slated to be part of an upcoming WWE Performance Center class. Fightful Select also reports that Blake Christian has signed with WWE as well and that he will also be part of the upcoming WWE Performance Center class.

Casanova is a seven-year pro wrestler based out of the northeast portion of the United States. He has wrestled for promotions like Beyond Wrestling, GCW and EVOLVE Wrestling, and is the current Limitless Wrestling Champion as well as the current Northeast Wrestling Champion.

Blake Christian has wrestled for promotions such as Black Label Pro, Warrior Wrestling, and Glory Pro Wrestling. He recently lost a Career vs. Title Match against Rickey Shane Page at GCW’s Fight Forever Event, and was believed to be on his way to the WWE at the time. He’s also worked for NJPW and IMPACT Wrestling and even made it to the finals of the Super X Cup, but didn’t work the latest set of IMPACT TV tapings. Blake Christian has been featured on NJPW Strong as well.
