-- WWE Friday Night Smackdown on the USA Network last week dipped to a yearly low of 1.384 million viewers and a 0.42 rating, which would be the lowest since January 10. Still, the show finished second on the night among cable shows, just narrowly losing to the NBA Celebrity All-Star game which generated a 0.43 rating and 1.208 million viewers. It beat the Rising Stars game which scored a 0.25 rating and 821,000 viewers.
-- Meanwhile, AEW Collision "Grand Slam Australia" edition, which aired much later than usual but benefited from a lead-in from the NBA Skills Competition, so a big increase by averaging 502,000 viewers and a 0.21 rating. The audience was the best for Collision since December 21 which had a college football game lead in. Going back before that, you have to go all the way to May to find a Collision episode which had a bigger audience. The 18-49 demo rating is the series' third best all-time and the highest since July of 2023, a period of over 1.5 years.
