After the latest edition of Smackdown, WWE taped a brand new episode of the Smackdown Lowdown.
The show featured Madcap Moss, The Viking Raiders, and a visit from a Monday Night Raw Superstar. Check it out:
Smackdown Lowdown (7/2)
-Jackie Redmond welcomes all of the viewers on-board, and introduces everyone to her co-host, Matt Camp.
-The hosts highlight a few moments from the latest episode of Smackdown, and it’s time for the show’s first interview.
Becky Lynch
Coming off of the heels of a jam packed night of action on Smackdown, Becky Lynch has a few comments for her fellow competitors in the Women’s Money In The Bank Ladder match. Megan wonders how Becky’s ongoing rivalry with Asuka may affect Lynch tonight, and ‘Big Time Beck’s explains “I think I have all of the momentum in the world!” Becky quickly moves on, and Megan sends the show back to the studio.

-Matt and Jackie highlight a few more matches from Friday night, until Megan chimes in with another guest.
Viking Raiders
Moments after a brutal assault on Xavier Woods and Kofi Kingston of the New Day, The Viking Raiders (Erik and Ivar) have a message for their current foes. Megan asks both Superstars to comment on the attack, so Ivar explains “we got disrespected. Bad things happen when we get disrespected. We’re the brand new bad!” Erik adds “we are the new, vicious Viking raiders… and the same thing that happened to the New Day is going to keep happening over and over again, until people stop disrespecting us.” Megan thanks the Viking Raiders for stopping by, and the Smackdown Lowdown returns to the studio.
⁃Matt recaps a few other segments from Friday’s Smackdown, and throws the show over to the arena for the final time.
Madcap Moss
Following a major victory on Smackdown, Madcap Moss is standing by with Megan Morant, and the final interview is underway! Megan asks the final qualifier for tonight’s Money In The Bank Ladder Match about his emotions heading into the bout, and Madcap says “I’m trying not to get ahead of myself, but that contract changes careers, and I’m this close to it. All I wanted was a chance to secure my legacy in this business, and now that I have it, I will do everything it takes to get it (the Money In The Bank contract). Madcap moves on, and Megan tosses the show over to the WWE Global Headquarters one last time.
-The hosts share a few final thoughts on last night’s Smackdown, until the Smackdown Lowdown comes to a close.
