WWE Star Makes Surprising Return to TV During Last Night's Taping of Main Event

-- Despite a recent report suggesting that he was still in the doghouse for controversial political comments he made months ago, Jaxson Ryker made a surprise return to TV during last night's Main Event tapings prior to Raw. Ryker appeared alongside Elias in what is being described by fightfulselect.com as a "dry run" to see how the two perform together in the same act, presumably as a pitch to Vince McMahon. The report adds that Ryker's appearance was received with much surprise backstage as he still has considerable heat due to the controversial tweets, even with his fellow wrestlers some of whom publicly called him out.
