WWE Monday Night RAW Star The Miz recently took to his Instagram and revealed his brand new physique, while also noting that he set out on a journey to not only get ripped, but to get healthier. Miz also said for 3 months he weight trained 4 days a week and focused on eating the right foods, which is why he lost fourteen pounds.
Miz then said he has never been a guy who enjoyed the gym and he hates getting started, but once he's in there, he is locked in and when he is done he is always glad he did it. Miz also said he is doing his best to make sure he can continue to do his job at the highest level for many years to come and he loves the way he looks and feels.
The Miz teamed up with John Morrison at Night One of WrestleMania 37 this past Saturday losing to Bad Bunny and Damian Priest.
