Add Jey Uso to the growing list of wrestlers who are asking fans to curb inappropriate behavior when they run into them in a public setting.
Posting to his Instagram stories, Uso asked fans not to touch or poke him in public, noting that it's been happening to him constantly.
“IF U SEE ME in public shi Please don’t walk up and poke me Or touch me,” Uso wrote. “How many strangers poke yall ass in a day?? Bout 38 for me…”
Earlier in the day, Uso had a completely different message regarding a fan interaction, thanking a woman who stopped to ask Uso how he was doing personally:
“I love my fans right…. But to the lady who asked me about ‘me’ today.. Appreciate you. U know who you are.. YEET"
Uso joins others like CM Punk, AJ Lee, Rhea Ripley and Asuka who have gone public about inappropriate fan interactions and borderline incidents of stalking. These incidents have ranged from mail sent to wrestlers' home addresses, stalking behavior online and in Lee's case, a situation where a fan generated a fake video using AI where it showed Lee kissing him.
