WWE Talking Smack Full Recap

Hello again wrestling fans, and welcome back to the Talking Smack Recap! After the most recent episode of Friday Night Smackdown came to an end, WWE taped another episode of Talking Smack, which you can watch now on the WWE Network. Talking Smack is hosted by Kayla Braxton, and her co-host, Paul Heyman. The guests on the show will be Sami Zayn, Seth Rollins, Tamina, and Natalya. Now that we’re all caught up on what’s going down, it’s time to talk some smack!

Kayla kicks off the show by reminding everyone that Wrestlemania 37 is one week away. Kayla introduces viewers to Paul Heyman, who is in a mood as usual. Kayla runs down the list of guests, and Heyman talks over her. Kayla finally acknowledges Paul being angry, and he gives his thoughts on the match between Daniel Bryan and Jey Uso. Paul runs down Bryan, and says “he’s just a guy. He’s not a Tribal Chief”. Kayla tells Heyman Daniel is the guy “who tapped out Roman Reigns”, and Paul corrects her. The hosts argue into an ad break, and the first guest is up next.

Sami Zayn

After a trailer for his documentary airs, “The Great Liberator” joins the show. Sami looks a bit disgruntled, but thanks the hosts for having him after “a rough night”. Sami mentions that he hasn’t had much sleep, and that it’s been “a strange few hours”. Sami turns to Heyman, and talks about how he “thanked” Paul a few weeks ago. Sami explains that Heyman has gone from “honest to deflecting”, and mocks his statements about Kevin Owens. Sami admits “even geniuses make mistakes”, and he says he made mistake for trusting Paul. Sami continues, and tells Paul “Owens has to be in on it”. Sami explains that last night Owens “pulled a snake move”, and the only reason he is composed right now is because he “laid him out”. Sami claims he will get “sweet revenge” on Owens at Wrestlemania, and plugs his documentary one last time. Sami tells Kayla he wants her to be the first person he hears from when the documentary airs, and exits the show.

Tamina and Natalya

The two WWE veterans join the show, and Natalya speaks right away, saying “it felt great beating one-half of the champions”. Natalya adds that she’s “excited to be here, because I’m the boat”. Natalya says they made a “statement” tonight, and “we no longer follow the directive, we are the directive”. Kayla asks Naty a question, and references her being to nice at times. Natalya states that she is tired of being the good girl, and explains “being a doormat got me nowhere, and doormats get walked on b****”! Heyman stops her rant, and tells Natalya to “cut the sh**”. Heyman tells Natalya to “smack around the whole women’s roster, and there won’t be anyone left to compete at Wrestlemania”. Heyman goes on to say “if your father saw you like this he would pull the hair off of his chin. Do something about it. If you want to be on Wrestlemania, get your ass on Wrestlemania”. Tamina steps into Heyman’s face, and tells him “ok”. The segment ends with an intense stare down, and heads to another break.

Seth Rollins

“The drip king” joins the show, and sends his “regards to the Tribal Chief”. Kayla says Seth “looks like an Easter egg”, and Seth cuts her off. Seth tells Kayla her “choice of words is off” after she explains what happened on Smackdown, and explains what “an asset I am to this industry”. Seth explains “I’m responsible that Kayla has a job”. Kayla mentions that Cesaro has never had a singles match at Wrestlemania, and questions of he is “a formidable opponent”. Seth tells her “the fact he’s stepping into the ring with me means he’s threat. I know what he’s capable of, and I will never underestimate him”. Seth covers his track record at Wrestlemania, and Paul tells Kayla “I’ve seen it up close”. Rollins goes on to question if Cesaro “can step to my level”, and Kayla asks how Seth will avoid the swing. Seth says “I don’t want to do this anymore”, and almost leaves. He then explains “there is a reason Cesaro never had the spotlight at wrestlemania”. Seth runs down a list of people who understand greatness, and of course adds that he’s one of them. He says Cesaro “has been a wealth of potential, but potential doesn’t mean crap”. Seth finishes by saying next week he will “over deliver, because Cesaro cannot reach my level”. The segment comes to a close with Seth saying “I’m out”, and the show fades to black.

That’s all for this weeks Talking Smack Recap! Thanks for stopping by, and have a great day everyone!
