After the latest edition of Smackdown, WWE taped a brand new episode of Talking Smack.

Talking Smack (1/22)
-Jackie Redmond welcomes all of the viewers on-board, and introduces everyone to her co-host, Matt Camp.
-The hosts highlight a few moments from the latest episode of Smackdown, and it’s time for the first interview.
Sheamus & Ridge Holland
Coming off of the heels of a big tag team victory over Cesaro & Ricochet, Sheamus and Ridge Holland have a few comments for Talking Smack viewers. Kayla begins by asking both men about the win, and Ridge says “I’ve been itching for three weeks to put Ricochet back into his place, and tonight I did that.” Ridge says he owes it all to Sheamus, who adds “you see, Ridgey showed the WWE Universe what he could do. Just moved Ricochet around like a paper bag. Ridge is on his way, learning from the very best!” Sheamus closes by saying “and tonight when I win the the Royal Rumble, I’m gonna dedicate it to my boy Ridgey!” Sheamus and Ridge exit quickly, and Talking Smack moves to the next segment.

-Matt and Jackie highlight a few more matches from Friday night, until Kayla chimes in with another guest.
Shinsuke Nakamura & Rick Boogs
Moments after defeating Jinder Mahal and Shanky on Smackdown, WWE Intercontinental Champion Shinsuke Nakamura & Rick Boogs are backstage with Kayla, who has a few questions about the Royal Rumble. Kayla asks Rick about entering his first Royal Rumble match, and Boogs explains “I picked up a 7 foot giant tonight, and slammed him... the euphoria of the people screaming got me through it!” Kayla gets things back on track, and asks 2019 Royal Rumble winner Shinsuke Nakamura if he has any advice for Rick in tomorrow's match. Shinsuke says “the key is, you have to think everyone is your opponent.” Rick responds, and tells Shinsuke “I’m no stranger to a little friendly competition!” Kayla thanks Shinsuke and Rick for their comments, and Talking Smack returns to the studio.
-Matt recaps a few more segments from Friday’s Smackdown, until Kayla is ready for the final guest in the arena.
The Uso’s
Before they’re barred from ringside at tonight’s Royal Rumble event, the reigning WWE Smackdown Tag Team Champion’s have something to say. Kayla fires away with questions, and asks The Uso’s about their interaction with The Viking Raiders, and Jey says “I mean, they axed us! They gonna find out real quick why they call us the ones.” Jimmy adds “when it’s time to get down, from bell to bell, you can’t ring them axes in the ring.” Jey closes, the interview, stating “and they gonna know why they call us... The one’s.” The Uso’s move on, and Kayla tosses the show over to the WWE Global Headquarters one last time.
