After the latest edition of Smackdown, WWE taped a brand new episode of Talking Smack.
The show featured the brand new Intercontinental Champion, an appearance from Sasha Banks and Naomi, as well as a visit from The Uso’s. Check it out:
Talking Smack (3/5)
-Jackie Redmond welcomes all of the viewers on-board, and introduces everyone to her co-host, Matt Camp.
-The hosts highlight a few moments from the latest episode of Smackdown, and it’s time for the show’s first interview.
Ricochet
Moments after capturing the WWE Intercontinental Championship for the first time ever, Ricochet is backstage with Megan Morant, who has a question for the “one and only.” Megan asks Ricochet how it feels to hold the title, and Ricochet explains “it feels absolutely amazing! It is the culmination of 19 years of hard work, rolled into one sweet looking title.” Ricochet closes by saying “we’ve got to get these Sami Zayn side plates off, but to answer your question, this feels amazing.” Ricochet exit’s stage left, and Talking Smack moves on to the next segment.

-Matt and Jackie highlight a few more matches from Friday night, until Kayla chimes in with another guest.
The Uso’s
Coming off of the heels of a busy night on Smackdown, the Smackdown Tag Team Champion’s have a few comments for Talking Smack viewers. Megan asks The Uso’s about their successful title defense against The Viking Raiders, and Jey says “we’ve been saying this since day one, uce! Any tag team that wants to run up and get done up…” Jimmy adds, “if you do though, just know it’s one and done!” The Uso’s walk away, and Talking Smack returns to the studio.
⁃Matt recaps a few more segments from Friday’s Smackdown, and throws the show over to the arena for the final time.

Naomi and Sasha Banks
The next challengers to the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championships are the final guest’s of the day, and Megan jumps right into the interview by asking both ladies about the opportunity. Megan says Sasha and Naomi could “perhaps be the next Champion’s,” and Sasha questions “perhaps? Perhaps? Do you not know who we are? Tell her Naomi!” Naomi adds “so much has happened since we were together, so we are ready to change the game!” Sasha goes on to say “it’s Boss and Glow time, all the time, and you are looking at the new Tag Team Women’s Champion’s!” Sasha and Naomi move on, and Megan tosses the show over to the WWE Global Headquarters one last time.
⁃The hosts share a few final thoughts on last night’s Smackdown, until Talking Smack comes to a close.
