After last nights edition of Smackdown, WWE taped their latest episode of Talking Smack. The show featured Finn Balor, an appearance from Liv Morgan, as well as a visit from Happy Corbin. Check it out:
Talking Smack (8/27)
Kevin Patrick welcomes everyone to the show, and introduces viewers to his co-host, Matt Camp. Kevin and Matt cover a few of the highlights from Smackdown, including The Bloodline’s celebration, as well as the developing family drama between Rey and Dominik Mysterio. Matt throws things over to Kayla Braxton in Little Rock, who is with the first guest.
Liv Morgan
Liv Morgan joins Talking Smack, and she’s holding some sort of incense. Kayla begins by asking why Morgan has the smoking object, and Liv explains “I’m just trying to cleanse our energy, so we can have a great conversation.” Kayla follows up by asking Morgan what her current vibe is, after falling short in her match on Smackdown. Liv tells Kayla “not only did I bring Bianca Belair to the limit, but I have so many tricks up my sleeve. I’m really facing this with alot of positivity.” Kayla closes out the discussion by asking Liv if her sights are set on the Smackdown Women’s Championship, and Morgan says “100%. When Becky left I gave her a hug goodbye, and she told me I’d be a Champion when she gets back. Now she’s back, and I’m not a champion. I look forward to proving her right, and I’m gonna take it from Becky Lynch.” Kayla pitches it back over to Peter and Matt, who sends the show to an ad break.

⁃ Kevin tosses things back over to Kayla in the arena, where Happy Corbin is standing by.
Happy Corbin
Kayla begins by asking Corbin a question, but Happy has a question of his own. Corbin asks Kayla how much she liked the Bentley, and Kayla tells him “it was nice! I thought I would get a ride in it, but maybe next time...” Kayla reflects on Corbin offering Big E thousands of dollars for his Money in the Bank briefcase, and warns Happy, before offering a bit of financial advice. Corbin responds to the advice, and explains “you have no idea how much I won! Maybe $100,000 is nothing! I’m gonna make my life fantastic, and it’s good to me. I can’t complain, because I’m just happy.” Kayla closes the conversation by asking what viewers can expect from Happy Corbin going forward, and Corbin tells the WWE Universe “it’s all good things, fun times, new cars, new suits... life is good!” Kayla sends Talking Smack back to the studio, where the show heads to another commercial break.

⁃ Matt recaps the latest happenings between The Mysterio’s, until the final guest arrives.
Finn Balor
Kayla makes her presence felt one last time, and she’s backstage with Finn Balor. Kayla begins the interview by pointing out the fact that Finn will challenge for the Universal Championship on next week’s Smackdown, and she asks Balor for his message to Roman ahead of the match. Balor tells Kayla “I knew what I was walking into tonight, I knew I would take few shots in there, but I made sure I got the first lick. This is what I came back to Smackdown for, so Roman Reigns... I’ll see ya next week. Kayla quickly sends Talking Smack back over to the studio one last time, where Kevin and Matt have a few last thoughts.
⁃ Matt and Kevin share their final thoughts on last night’s Smackdown, until the show comes to a close.
