After last nights edition of Smackdown, WWE taped their latest episode of Talking Smack. The show featured Sasha Banks, an appearance from The Street Profits, as well as a visit from Shotzi & Nox.
Talking Smack(8/7)
Matt Camp welcomes everyone to the show, and introduces the viewers to his co-host, Kevin Patrick. Kevin and Matt cover a few of the highlights from Smackdown, including Finn Baylor’s quest for a Universal Championship match, and the latest happenings between Seth Rollins and Edge. Matt throws things over to Kayla Braxton in Tampa, who is with the first guest.
The Street Profits
Montez Ford kicks things off by saying “we’re gonna do something different,” and they interview Kayla. Montez begins by asking Kayla how she feels about The Street Profits returning. Kayla responds, and tells both men “I am excited. I’m as excited as the WWE Universe here in Tampa! Everyone is excited that The Street Profits are back.” Kayla points out that The Street Profits were victorious over the Dirty Dawgs on Smackdown, and Ford says “we cleaned them up a little bit, but they are still dirty! The smoke is back on the field, so in the four words we live by...” And Kayla adds we want the smoke!” Kayla pitches it back over to Peter and Matt, who sends the show to an ad break.

⁃ On the other side of the break, the host’s recap everything that happened between The Mysterio’s and The Uso’s, until the second round of guest’s are ready in Florida.
Shotzi & Nox
Kayla quickly jumps into the interview, and asks Nox about her victory over Tamina. Nox responds, and tells Kayla “my chin is a bit sore still, but I fell great. I need some tag team gold around my waist!” Kayla points out the duo have been on a roll as of late, and Shotzi explains “Tamina is a beast, so I applaud Nox.” Kayla wonders if Shotzi has ever let anyone drive her tank, and Nox answers the question first. Nox says “noo... Kayla is the only person we would allow on the tank.” Kayla follows up by asking what the qualifications may be for getting a ride, and Shotzi says “I mean it’s just how we’re feeling. If you have a good vibe we might let you on. We will have to take it to an open area where we can’t run over people, or like, buildings.” Kayla wraps up the interview, and sends Talking Smack to the studio, where the show heads to another commercial break.

⁃ Matt recaps the latest chapter of the story between Sasha Banks and Bianca Belair, until the final guest arrives.
Sasha Banks
Kayla welcomes “The Boss” to Talking Smack, and asks Sasha what the upcoming Banks/Belair II battle means to her. Sasha explains “I mean I finally get my rematch. I finally get my revenge on Bianca Belair. I was sitting at home healing my wounds, after she cheated with that braid. I would never drop so low if I were Champion. I brought people up, I helped her get an espy... she’s the EST of WWE? Well I’m The Boss, and I’m coming back for my Smackdown Women’s Championship.” Kayla follows up by asking Banks to elaborate on feeling like Bianca owes her a “thank you.” Sasha explains “I mean wouldn’t you say thank you after everything I’ve done? I don’t get any respect around here. I’m The Boss, Im the standard, I’m the leader, and I’m the conversation. Come Summerslam, Bianca will not be the EST of WWE no more, because I am the greatest. So I guess that makes me the EST of WWE now. I’ll see you at Summerslam! Bye, boo.” Kayla sends Talking Smack back over to the studio one last time, where Kevin and Matt have a few last thoughts.
⁃ Matt and Kevin share their final thoughts on last night’s Smackdown, until the show comes to a close.
That’s all for this weeks Talking Smack Recap! Thanks for stopping by, and have a great day everyone!
