-- PWInsider.com reports that WWE will be holding at least two sets of double tapings next month - one for Monday Night Raw and the other for Friday Night Smackdown.
-- For Smackdown, there will be no live show on November 1 and instead WWE will hold a live episode on 10/25 in Brooklyn, NY and then tape the following week's show the same night. This development makes sense and was a likely expectation since the company is in Saudi Arabia that weekend for the November 2 Crown Jewel premium live event.
-- More interestingly, WWE is scheduled to tape the October 14 episode a week prior on October 7 in St. Louis, MO. There is no word on the reason for not having a live Raw on 10/14, but WWE will be on tour in Europe so that is likely why. However, traditionally they have taped Raw and/or Smackdown earlier in the day from those locations.
-- WWE also released nine live events dates during their upcoming holiday touring season and one notable omission is the traditional New York super show that follows Christmas. PWInsider.com reports that this live event is still on the books and a lack of announcement was by design. With WWE still having two shows in the market over the next couple of months, the company is focusing on those but will eventually announce their return to MSG. It's also possible that they simply want to make that announcement at one of those shows, one of which is the Saturday Night's Main Event special in early December.
