WWE WrestleMania 42 Lineup Update; Current Plan On Number Of Matches

WWE's two-night WrestleMania card has 12 matches officially announced though the card isn't quite yet finalized with reports suggesting a total of 14 or even 16 matches could ultimately end up happening.

On the latest WrestleVotes Radio on Fightful Select, it was noted that as of this week the working plan is for WrestleMania to top out at 14 matches, with 7 matches on night one and 7 on night two.

One match that is expected to get added to the card is a six-man tag with IShowSpeed teaming up with The Vision to take on The Usos and LA Knight though that match could end up being a tag team match (Vision vs. Usos) if Speed isn't ready to wrestle.

WrestleVotes Radio also reported that there has been discussions on including more wrestles into the WWE Intercontinental title match with talent from AAA and Smackdown being considered. However, despite online criticism from fans on Carmelo Hayes' omission from the match, WWE was aware of it but there was no news on whether they would be including him.
