Yanbo "Boa" Wang Comments On Seven Year Run In WWE Officially Coming To An End On June 1


Yanbo Wang is ready for the next chapter of his pro wrestling career.

Formerly known as Boa in NXT, the seven-year WWE contracted talent surfaced on social media on Tuesday to post a statement addressing his departure from the company.

As noted, Boa was among more than ten talents released from WWE last Friday, May 3, 2024. In addition to Boa, other talents cut from the promotion included Drew Gulak, Valentina Feroz, Trey Bearhill, Vlad Pavlenko, Kiyah Saint, Julian Baldi, Emma Diaz, Darrell Mason, Keyshawn LeFlore and Ezekiel Balogun.

"After an incredible 7-year journey, my time with WWE comes to a close on 6/1," Boa wrote via his official Instagram page on Tuesday. "Grateful for the opportunity to work with amazing people and coaches."

He continued, "As I move forward, I'm excited for new career opportunities and deeply appreciative of everyone who's supported me through life's ups and downs. Here's to embracing the next chapter with resilience and optimism! #Gratitude #NewBeginnings."
