Kevin Nash and Scott Hall did an Internet chat for fans on Nash's official website Friday.
They distinctly avoided any questions about returning to Japan or WWE, or debuting for NWA: TNA.
Highlights of the chat saw the following:
*Nash claimed to not be talking to anyone about wrestling at the moment. "Just laying low."
*He loved the Fake Razor & Diesel in the WWF in 1996 because "Imitation was the best form of flattery."
*When asked why the "NWO failed in WWE", Nash responded, "The NWO didn't fail! Ratings went up, ticket sales went up at house shows, the fact is when an entity almost puts a company out of business comes back, I think they forgot they owned it and killed it."
*Nash said he was, "Working on a TV show right now" but said he couldn't discuss specifics because of "confidentiality."
*Nash said his greatest WCW memory was the night he, Hulk Hogan, and Scott Hall were in the ring at the same time for the first time. (Bash at the Beach 1996 when Hogan turned heel)
*In regard to his hair vs. hair match with Chris Jericho, Nash said he had to cut his hair for his role in "The Punisher" feature film and decided if he had to do it, why not do it for TV?
*When asked about Eric Bischoff, Nash said, "Eric is my friend. Eric made me rich."
*Nash plugged that "The Punisher" would be released on 4/16.
*Nash said he may emcee a Wrestlemania party at Coyote Ugly.
*Hall said he got the Razor Ramon persona from the film "Scarface."
*When asked about ECW, Hall said, "I remember Bret Hart calling it pornography. It doesn't take much skill to pop a crowd with a flaming chainsaw match."
*When asked about Evolution Nash said, "Anything with HHH or [Ric] Flair is good in my book."
*When asked about Japan, Hall commented "New Japan is first class"
*Nash said he was working "working on three projects right now" in regard to film roles.
*When asked about future stars, Hall said, "Randy Orton is the best young cat I've seen."
*When asked about their favorite "shoots", Nash said his favorite was the Arn Anderson retirement parody. Nash said, "I still got heat with him, I know it, brother."
*When asked about favorites growing up, Hall said Chief Jay Strongbow and Dusty Rhodes.
*When asked about favorite singles and tag matches, Hall mentioned Shawn Michaels, The Steiners, and Harlem Heat. Hall put over working with The Road Warriors as well.
*Hall said his departure from WWE after Wrestlemania 18 was "mutual."
*When asked about WWE killing off WCW, Nash responded, "Vince won't push something he didn't create, i.e. NWO. Watch Goldberg job for Brock."
When asked about favorites, Hall said "Hulk is still the man" while Nash responded, "HHH is the best performer, both mic and ring skills." Hall and Nash then joked about grooming Triple H.
*They pushed their appearance for UPW on 2/20 in Anaheim, California.
*When asked about Justin Credible being a member of the infamous clique in WWF, Hall said "He was in the Kliq as Baldo Montoya."
*When asked about the Madison Square Garden curtain call on the night they left the WWF in 1996 and Triple H's punishment for taking part, Nash responded, "The curtain call rules. Shawn Michaels was punished by the klique for not saving Triple H."
*When asked about great matches, Nash said "I had fun with Shawn [Michaels] and Scott [Hall.] I needed to have one with my friend Triple H. Hell in the Cell was the reason I came back from my quad [tear].
*When asked if he enjoyed WWF or WCW more, Hall said, "Both were fun but NWO paid way better."
*When asked about the WCW movie "Ready to Rumble", Hall said, "Never saw the movie. When they told us no extra money, we declined to appear."
