-- On Monday's RAW, WWE writers constructed a segment which was to involve an interview with Lita and Kane. However, despite buying her a plane ticket to the show, they failed to convey to her that she would be participating in the show and as a result, Lita did not even attend.
-- As a result, WWE writers were forced to re-write the entire segment and whether it was due to the rush or confusion or whatever, they inserted the line from Kane where he said "now our son is dead, but our son won't die alone."
-- Monday's RAW was held in Kansas City, Missouri's Kemper Arena which is the site where Owen Hart tragically died in 1999. This caused many wrestlers to be upset backstage because they thought it was disrespectful of WWE to talk about a "fake" death at the exact place where a real and unfortunate death took place.
