Ft. Myers 11/7/04

Hey Rajah, i just got back from the SmackDown! house show in Ft. Myers, and i've gotta say that this was the best show i've been to so far! Great matches. Amazing atmosphere. Anyway here are the results:
Match 1: Spike Dudley beat Billy Kidman and Chavo Guererro to retain the Cruiserweight title. Spike won it with a roll-up on Chavo. Decent opener
Match 2: Nunzio beat Orlando Jordan with a cradle pin. After the match JBL and Orlando beat Nunzio down and made the ref count in favor of Orlando. Very mediocre.
Match 3: Kenzo Suzuki and Rene Dupree beat The Dudley Boyz to retain the WWE Tag Team titles.The Dudleys played the faces in this match and added in several hilarious spots. Kenzo pinned Buh-Buh after hitting him with the french flag. Great match
Match 4: Hardcore Holly beat Carlito Caribbean Cool by countout. Terrible match. Carlito played as tho he was hurt after the match.
Match 5: Big Show and Eddie Guererro beat Kurt Angle and Luther Reigns. Eddie pinned Reigns after a frog splash and a chokeslam from Show. Crowd was very into it, Eddie is very very over down here.
Intermission: Torrie Wilson (WOW!) came out and shot t-shirts at us. I sat by the entrance way and desperatly wanted to say something to her as i'm crazy in love with her..but alas..i froze up and only touched her hand and muttered hi..oh well.
Match 6: JBL and Tony Chimel went to a no contest for the WWE Title. JBL ripped into the crowd and then challenged Chimel to a match for the title. the match got under way but....
Match 7: JBL beat Rey Mysterio to retain the WWE Title. Teddy long came out and made this match. JBL tried to leave but Long said he would be fired if he did not go back into the ring. He did and they had a great match. Funny opening where Rey was running around avoiding him and JBL was getting winded and sucking air. JBL wins after hitting Rey with the title belt. Rey is also really over here. I was pissing the people off by rooting for my hero JBL.
Match 8: Miss Jackie beat Dawn Marie with Funaki as guest referee. Crappy match that ended with a weak looking slam. Charlie Haas came out with crutches to celebrate with Jackie, but Heidenriech came out and beat down both Haas and Funaki. Then Heidenreich started calling out the Undertaker which led to...
Match 9: Undertaker beat Heidenreich. Decent match that had all the usual UT spots. Taker wins with the Tombstone.
Post show antics: JBL comes out to rip into the Undertaker. Undertaker grabs the title belt and started wearing it. JBL was pleading/threatening him to give it back. After telling him to mail it to him tuesday (LOL JBL was classic tonight!). He attacks but Taker gets the better end giving him and Orlando chokeslams and finishing off JBL with a tombstone. Overall. I thought it was a fantastic show.
