The show was sold out! About 15 000 people packed the stadium!
Match Results:
1. Billy Kidman defeated Chuck Palumbo
2. 4 Way Elimination Match for The WWE Cruiserweight Championship: Chavo Guerrero
defeated Rey Mysterio, Jamie Noble & Nunzio
After the match Paul Heyman comes out to major heat and says that Mysterio was not
supposed to wrestle tonight because he has a concusion. He says furthermore Mysterio
lost the match and is a pathetic loser. Mysterio dropicks Heyman who lands on the
ropes. Mysterio is ready to do a 619 but Big Show's music hits. Heyman gets out of
the ring and Show grabs Mysterio and is ready to chokeslam him. Cena's music hits
and the crowd goes wild. Cena is wearing a South African cricket jersy. Mysterio
gets out of the ring and heads back to the locker room thanking Cena on the way.
Cena raps and thereafter the match begins.
3. WWE U.S Championship
Big Show defeated John Cena
4. Fatal 4 Way Match for The WWE Tag Team Championship: Rikishi & Scotty 2 Hotty
defeated The Basham Brothers (without Shaniqua), The A.P.A & The World's Greatest
Tag Team
After the match Rikishi & Scotty dance in the ring and invite a fan to dance with them.
There was a ten minute intermission after this.
Brock Lesnar comes out and says how he was robbed of the WWE Championship at No Way
Out but he has some unfinished business to take care of with Hardcore Holly.
5. Brock Lesnar defeated Hardcore Holly after Lesnar hit the F5 on Holly.
6. Smackdown! Divas Match: Nidia defeated Dawn Marie
7. WWE Championship: Eddie Guerrero defeated Kurt Angle after Eddie hit the 5 Star
Frog Splash on Angle.
After the match Angle attacked Eddie Guerrero. Chavo came out and also began
attacking Eddie. Mysterio came out to help Eddie. Angle and Chavo were in position
for a 619. As Mysterio attempted the 619 he slipped and landed awkedly on his left
knee. He did the 619 again though but it was evident that he was hurt. Eddie cleared
Angle and Chavo out of the ring. Mysterio was limping in the ring and was definetly
INJURED. Eddie and Mysterio left the ring together after Eddie greeted the crowd and
left saying Viva Durban!!!!
All in all a great show, the crowd was really alive. I enjoyed the show thoroughly!!!
