Smackdown came to town for the first time in at least a year. About 8,000 people were in the HSBC Arena.
Match 1
Funaki & Scotty 2 Hotty vs. Johnny Nitro & Joey Mathews(?) w/ Melina
Melina's hot. Nothing much about this match. Scotty hit the worm on one of them for the win.

#1 Contender's Match for the WWE Cruiserweight Championship
Akio vs. Paul London
This wasn't really a #1 contender's match since it happened on Velocity but I doubt anyone watched Velocity so whatever. Nice back and forth action. I was not paying attention when London hit some move off the top(it wasn't the 450).
Winner: Paul London
Match 3
Kurt Angle as Special Guest Referee
Before the match starts Angle hypes his match with HBK saying its the most looked forward to match ever(could be) and that he will make HBK's ass tap so fast he's gonna wish he never met or knew Kurt Angle. On to the match, I was like 1 of 5 or so people cheering for Luther. Any way Luther went for Roll of the Dice but reversed and Jindrak eventually hits that left hand and pins Luther 1 2 3.
Winner: Mark Jindrak
After the match: Jindrak and Angle shake hands but what's this? ANGLE SLAM! Smack dab in the middle of the ring. I marked out for that.
Match 4
Spike Dudley vs. Johnny Jeter
This Jeter kid reminded me of a mix between Jeircho and Edge. Dudley wins with a Dudley dog off the middle rope.

WWE Tag Team Championships
Eddie Guerrero & Rey Mysterio vs. Basham Brothers
No lowrider but I'll live. Nice back and forth action. Eddie did that thing with the tag rope when he puts it in the middle. Brian Hebner was so pissed it was hialrious, he was jumping up and down with the reddest of faces. Rey mysterio ducks and jumps and everything to finally get to Guerrero but while the ref's distraced the Bashams pull a switcherwoo rollup 1 2 3!
Winners and new Tag team Champions: Basham Brothers
What's this? Looks like Eddie is complaining to the ref he had his foot on the rope(even though he obviously didn't) and after Rey asked the crowd and they cheered Brian buys it! Quick trip up to both Bashams and double 619! Eddie with the cover and the pinfall

Torrie Wilson vs. Dawn Marie vs. Miss Jackie vs. Michelle McCool
Miss Jackie disrobes and she is hot. Michelle disrobes and she's alright. Dawn disrobes and she's hotter than Michelle but not as hot as Miss Jackie. Torrie is about to disrobe and...HEIDEN HEIDENREICH! They all ran way including Tony Chimelle. lol
Winner: No Contest(even though Torrie would've won)

Heiedenreich vs. Charlie Haas
This match was long and very boring. Heidenreich won with some move. I thought Haas got the best of the move but whatever.

Main Event Tag Team Match
John Cena & Big Show vs. JBL & Orlando Jordan
Cena comes out to his own song or something(it wasn't his normal entrance). He starts talking about how he's gonna beat down JBL today. JBL comes out with OJ, limo and all. But before they get to the ring the Bashams come from the crowd and it's a 4 on 1 assault! Cena is getting his ass whipped. WELL WELL ITS THE BIG SHOW! Big Show makes his way out and down go the Bashams, down go OJ, chokeslam on JBL 1 2 3.
Winners: John Cena & Big Show
After the match: JBL is leaving when Cena takes his hat and throws it on the ground and he comes back for it with the Cabinet. He said he is sick of Cena and challenges him to a match right here, but the gorilla has to leave. He says they should do it since Teddy isn't here because he FU'ed him and he says its not for the title but just so he can teach Cena's punk ass a lesson. The crowd cheers then he talks about how it's not for the crowd. He lives in NYC a home of winners, not Buffalo, New York a city of losers. I mean who goes to 4 Superbowls in a row and loses them all. He then says Cena accept the challenge but only if you've got the balls bitch. Cena takes the mic, drops it, and takes off his jersey and says Let's do this. Big Show chases the rest of the Cabinet backstage and we're underway...
Actual Main Event
JBL vs. John Cena-non title
This match was intense inside and outside of the ring. Cena and JBL both took shots on the stairs and the steel guardrail. Here's how it ends. JBL is staggering, Cena is pumping it up. JBL is in the corner, Cena with a splash...but JBL pulls the referee in front. The ref is down. Clothesline from hell! JBL tries to wake the ref but he's not budgeing. Here's another ref. 1...2...thr...no Cena kicks out. JBL is pissed. He punches out the referee and look out Cena with the FU. Hebners back up. 1...2...3! Cena wins
Winner: John Cena
After the match: Cena talks about how tonight it was non-title but in 21 days JBL is going down. It's funny this whole time JBL is leaving he's flicking Cena off. Well that's it. I believe the next time WWE is coming to Buffalo is July 24th for the Great American Bash unless they schedule something else before then. I'll have pics on the forums eventually.
