Weekend reports had suggested that TNA contracted superstars were going to be able to compete at WWE's ECW PPV on 6/12 in New York City. The rumor came from Dusty Rhodes' comments on Live Audio Wrestling, however, a source in TNA has indicated that he is not in a position of power where he could make that call.
Both WWE and TNA have commented that at this point, there are no plans for TNA talent to appear at the PPV. Initial conversations between WWE officials and TNA's Shane Douglas took place, however, it didn't go beyond that.
Word is that plans for the ECW PPV are already set, and they do not feature TNA performers.
