As previously reported, Powerhouse Hobbs is anticipated to join WWE following the expiration of his AEW contract last week. He concluded his time with AEW during the recent episode of Collision, where he and his team lost the AEW World Trios Championship.
According to Fightful Select, sources who spoke with Sean Ross Sapp indicated that people within WWE believe Hobbs has already signed with the company. Additionally, reports mention that there is an expectation for Hobbs to be present during Royal Rumble weekend; however, this has not yet been confirmed.
It's important to note that there is currently no official confirmation that Hobbs has signed a contract. WWE has shown interest in him for years, and although he negotiated with AEW, he has been exploring options to make a move.
