In the opening segment of last night's episode of TNA iMPACT on AMC, The System addressed their betrayal of Moose and JDC, which concluded last week's show. Pro wrestling veteran Alisha Edwards was unaware of the betrayal despite her husband, Eddie Edwards,’ involvement. She entered the ring to confront The System about keeping her in the dark.
Eddie explained that Alisha’s reaction was exactly why she had not been informed. Alisha then mentioned that her contract with the company is expiring soon and questioned what would happen if she no longer wanted to be part of the group. Eddie assured her that she could trust The System and leave if she wished. Alisha responded that she wanted out and exited the ring.
Having been with TNA since 2015, Alisha is a former TNA Knockouts World Tag Team Champion, a title she held with Masha Slamovich as The Malisha from May to September 2024.
