The show starts with photos of Angle and Henry at the RR. They showed the chair shots and everything. Then they showed Taker’s entrance in video form. The lightening, pyro and the ring falling apart were all shown.
Teddy Long comes out to the ring. He dances a little and then takes a mic. Teddy says the Rumble was full of surprises. Such as Taker coming out and challenging Angle for the title. That will happen at No Way Out. Teddy then says the biggest surprise at RR was who won the Rumble. He outlasted 29 other men and dedicated his match to Eddie. The man who will go on to Mania - Rey Mysterio.
Rey Rey comes out in a low rider. He bounced in it a bit then headed to the ring. Rey is quite pumped up when he climbs the corners, and the crowd is going wild. Rey and Teddy hug then Teddy leaves the ring. “Eddie,” chants start.
Rey says, “Thank you Eddie!” He will always live in Rey’s heart and he hopes he made Eddie proud. He hopes he makes Eddie even more proud when he goes to Mania and wins the title. Rey says Eddie played a good joke by Rey getting #2 in the Rumble.
Orton’s music hits cutting Rey off. Orty tells Rey he is right that Eddie was laughing his ass off. But he wasn’t laughing with Rey, he was laughing at him. Orty then says Rey isn’t in any position for Rey to go to WM. Orty says he deserves to go to WM. Orty says there had to be devine intervention in the Rumble for Rey to win. Rey says it doesn’t matter because he threw Orty over the top rope.
“You suck,” chants start for Orty. Rey grin and says he’s glad he’s not the only one who think Orty sucks.
Orty challenges Rey for his Main Event spot at WM. Rey doesn’t say anything and looks up. Orty mocks him asking why he’s taking so long. Orty says Rey shouldn’t be looking up because Eddie’s not up there, he’s down there. (I’m glossing over the Eddie part because it was distasteful and tacky, even by WWE standards.)
Rey attacks Orty and starts beating the hell out of Orty. Rey was on top the whole time punching Orty in the face. Refs came from outback and broke it up. Orty left the ring and the refs had to hold Rey back to keep him away from Orty.

MNM’s music plays and they come out to the ring. Melina’s ankle is still bothering her, but she was able to do her normal ring entrance, though she milked the ankle thing. This is a championship match. The Mexicools come out riding their Juan Deers. They are hamming it up and getting the crowd into it.
Nitro goes to work on Psychosis. Psychosis is knocked to the mat, but comes back to flip Nitro to the mat. Psychosis kicks Nitro in the face and then tags in Crazy. They double team Nitro by slamming him to the mat. Then Psychosis drops a leg while Crazy hits a Moonsault. Crazy covers but Mercury breaks up the count. Crazy slaps Mercury’s chest hard and he rolls to the outside. Psychosis tags in. They whip Nitro across the ring and Mercury grabs his ankle and drags him out before he can be double teamed again. Psychosis jumps to the apron and then bounces off the top rope flying through the air. He landed on both heels. Crazy tries to fly, but the ref stops him. While the ref is leaning on the top rope telling everyone to get back in the ring Crazy uses him as a springboard to fly out of the ring and take down both heels again.

Mercury gets whipped across the ring. Psychosis rushes him but Nitro pulls him out of the way. Psychosis hits the corner hard and ends up on the mat. Mercury hits a Suplex and goes for the cover. Psychosis kicks out. Psychosis gets thrown into the heels corner. Nitro tags in and beats on him briefly. Mercury tags back in and they hit a Double Elbow to Psychosis’ face. Melina jumps up on the apron and locks a Head Scissors on Psychosis while he’s lolling there and the ref is distracted. Mercury hits a Back Breaker on Psychosis. He then bounces Psychosis’ face off Nitro boot that just happens to be on the top turnbuckle.
Nitro tags in. Nitro slams his arm into Psychosis’ back a number of times and then gets him on the mat in a hold with his arms pulled back and a knee in Psychosis’ back. Psychosis fights his way out of the hold, but can’t get control. He gets tossed back into the heels corner. Psychosis starts throwing punches and elbows. He knocks Mercury off the apron twice and almost made it to his corner before Nitro carried him back and throws him back in the heels corner. Mercury tags in and they double team Psychosis. They pick him up between them and slam him to the mat. Mercury covers three times, but no luck.
Melina jumps up on the apron to yell at the ref. While there Psychosis tries to get up and to his corner. When Mercury grabs him Psychosis pushes him into the ropes knocking Melina to the floor. She sits on the steps and takes off her boot because her ankle is so badly injured. Psychosis is able to make a tag. Crazy climbs and hits a Dropkick on Mercury. He then runs to the corner and hits one on Nitro. He hits Mercury with a hard back elbow and Dropkicks Nitro again as he climbs onto the apron. Crazy hits a Tilt-A-Whirl Back Breaker on Mercury. Nitro rushes the ring and tries to kick Crazy. Crazy grabs his foot and flips him so he basically does a Moonsault - and lands on Mercury. Crazy hits a Moonsault on Mercury and covers him for two. Crazy hits a Spinning Tornado DDT for two. Nitro rushes the ring again and Psychosis has had enough of that so he grabs him and throws punches to the face as the rest of the match goes on.
Crazy climbs, but Melina suddenly feels better and jumps up on the apron. She runs to the corner Crazy is in and hits him in the head with her boot. Mercury covers Crazy for the win.

Booker and Sharmell are in Teddy’s office and says he’s still injured. It was aggravated in the Rumble so he can’t fight tonight. Teddy tells Booker to pick a substitute to wrestle Benoit. The catch is if the sub loses then Booker loses his title. Booker and Sharmell are pissed, but there’s nothing they can do.
RAW Rebound - Shows pictures from Edge and Cena’s match at RR. Edge then says he’s going to get his title back. They then show their rematch on RAW when Lita hits Edge with the title belt to get Cena disqualified.

JBL is in the ring. He says he’s a wrestling god. He doesn’t belong in the ring with a monster, with a freak, with someone named the Boogeyman. He then says he is better than that - he’s a wrestler. He deserves to be in a wrestling match. He’s sick of being put in matches, strictly for money, against the latest freak who has a ‘look’. He says you could put anybody in the ring with JBL and he’d make him a star. He says he’s not wrestling any more freaks, monsters, Godzilla, King Kong. No one’s going to follow him because he’s a wrestling god.
The bell rings and Lashley’s music hits. JBL is pissed that one of the freaks he mentioned is coming to the ring. Recap of JBL and Lashley’s match a few weeks ago where the Boogeyman cast JBL the match. Lashley has a match, but JBL takes off his jacket and won’t back down from Lashley.
Chad Dick comes down for this match. Chad hits Lashley from behind while JBL distracts him from outside the ring. He gets in a few more shots and a Standing Dropkick before Lashley turns the tables. Chad gets tossed into a corner and then Lashley hits a Suplex on him sending him flying across the ring. James Dick rushes the ring and gets a Back Body Drop for it. Lashley turns right around and gives Chad a Back Body Drop. Lashley picks James up in a Military Press and tosses him across the ring. Chad Dick gets tossed into a corner when he comes out Lashley picks him up and hits him with the Dominator. Lashley covers for three.

JBL is behind Lashley when the ref raises his hand. When Lashley turns around JBL hits the Clothesline From Hell.
Outback a Luchador midget is trying to drink from the water fountain, but is too short. Another Luchador midget comes along and lifts him up for a drink.

Taker’s ‘GONG’ hits and the crowd goes wild. He walks out on the stage, smoke all over the place. He does his slow walk to the ring, raises the lights (with his eyes rolled back, of course) and gets in the ring. He tells Angle the time is drawing near and there’s no way out. Angle posses the one thing Taker wants - the title.
Angle’s music hits and he comes down to the ring. Angle goes right up the Taker and they stare each other down. Angle tells Taker he’s proven time and time again to be unstoppable. Angle makes people tap. Angle says he’s a wrestling machine. The only thing they have in common is that when the bell rings Angle has no soul. At No Way Out Angle doesn’t plan to rest in peace, he’s going to break Taker’s ankle to pieces.
Taker says that things can be beyond Angle’s control and that at No Way Out Angle’s going to rest in peace. Suddenly the lights go out. When they come back up it’s Taker’s black lighting and there’s smoke in the ring. Taker is gone. Angle looks around freaked out wondering where Taker went.

Tzuki comes down to the ring. Another luchador is already in the ring dressed like a ninja. From what Taz said his name sounded like Octagon Sito, but I doubt that’s right. They circle each other and Tzuki hits a Standing Dropkick and Sito rolls from the ring. Tzuki gets a running start and dives through the ropes onto Sito. Tzuki helps Sito into the ring with a little bit of a lift, but he had to go up the stairs as he’s just under 4 feet tall.
Sito hits a Drop Toe Hold and then Dropkicks Tzuki’s head while he’s on his hands and Knees. Sito mocks the crowd who boo him.
Tzuki gets Military Pressed and Slammed to the mat. Sito Slams Tzuki again and the climbs to the second rope. Sito drops an elbow on Tzuki. Sito tosses Tzuki into a corner, but Tzuki moves leaving Sito to crash into the corner. Tzuki then hits a Standing Dropkick on him. Tzuki then hits an Arm Drag followed by Tilt-A-Whirl Head Scissors. Sito punches Tzuki in the back and then tosses him into a corner. But the ref was there and ended up with Tzuki in his arms. He was shocked but put him down quickly. Tzuki hits a Sunset Flip, but Sito hold onto the ref’s shirt to not go over. The ref broke the hold on his shirt and Tzuki got two.
Tzuki tosses Sito into a corner. Sito flips Tzuki up and over the top rope. He got caught up a bit going over, but was able to stand on the bottom rope and punch Sito in the head. Tzuki climbs and hit a Cross Body. Tzuki then hits and Arm Drag and rolls Sito up for three.

Outback Benoit is getting ready for his match when Kennedy shows up. Kennedy asks what’s up because Benoit has been losing a lot of matches lately. Kennedy then lists the matches Benoit has lost lately. Tonight Booker has a sub for his match, and Kennedy knows who it is. This sub is the toughest of all.
Benoit says he doesn’t care who Booker picked and if Kennedy ever gets that close to Benoit again he will get his arm broken. Benoit then hits Kennedy on the upper arm/shoulder - right on Kennedy’s injury. Kennedy winces as Benoit walks away.

WWE Smack of The Night shows Helms winning the Cruiserweight Title.
Benoit comes out to the ring. Then Sharmell comes out with Booker’s belt over her shoulder. She then announces Booker. Booker comes out on crutches. Booker takes the mic and says he wants to introduce his sub, a man who loves to fight - Fit Finley. Benoit doesn’t look happy.
They tie up and Benoit is backed into a corner. Fit gets Benoit in a hold and then punches Benoit in the face. Benoit gets Slammed to the mat. When he gets up Benoit throws a bunch of chops. Fit fights back trying to get Benoit in an Arm Lock. Fit gets up and slams his bum down on Benoit’s chest. Fit then gets a two. Again Fit goes for an Armbar.
Benoit backs him into a corner and hits some hard Chops on Fit. Fit fights back with a Forearm and two Uppercuts. Fit leaves the ring and hangs Benoit’s head off the side of the apron and hit Benoit’s head a couple times. Fit gets back in the ring and Benoit fights back with Chops and punches, but not for long. Fit gets him down on the mat and hits two Elbow Drops. Fut then locks on a Camel Clutch.
Benoit gets out of it and hits three Germans on Fit. Benoit starts to climb but Booker gets up. It was enough to distract Benoit. Fit hit a shoulder in Benoit’s gut followed by a Clothesline. Fit throws Benoit into another corner and hits him with another shoulder to the gut. Benoit comes out of the corner and manages to get a hold of Fit’s arm and get him down on the mat. He’s going for the Crossface.
Sharmell doesn’t like this so she grabs a crutch and heads for the ring. She hits Benoit with the crutch and the ref saw her do it. Fit is disqualified. Benoit gets up and goes after Sharmell. He barely gets his hands on her before Fit attacks from behind. Fit starts beating on Benoit with Booker’s crutch. Booker stomps Benoit when he’s already down.

Outback Crystal says Henry lost to Angle. Daivari said Henry lost to a chair, not to Angle. Tonight Henry is tagging with Orty. Henry’s already taken care of Rey twice and tonight he’s going to finish off Angle.

Booker and Sharmell are outback laughing about what hapened to Benoit. Behind them is the Boogeyman. He starts laughing and they slowly turn around. They scream and the Boogeyman says he’s coming to get them. They run off and the Boogeyman eats worms.
Helms says he is the division. It hasn’t seen a superstar of his caliber since he was last champ. No one can touch him. Nunzio cut him off saying when people in his neighborhood talk too big they get their legs broken. Helms says this isn’t his neighborhood and no one has the guts to do that to him. Nunzio isn’t impressed and challenges Helms to a match next week. Helms actually accepts.
Outback Burchill and Regal are talking to the network Executive about not wanting to tag together any longer. The Executive says that Regal’s family can be traced back to English Nobility. However Burchill’s family can be traced back to where? Burchill doesn’t say right off, but then proudly tells the Executive that they can be traced back to pirates. Burchill and Regal banter back and forth. Regal is disgusted and Burchill says he’s proud of his heritage.
The Executive wants to know how he can trace his family back to pirates. Burchill tells him that his Mother’s 2nd cousin’s great, great, great, great, great, great, great, great, great grandfather was the second Lieutenant to Black Beard the Pirate - the fiercest pirate in the seven seas. The Executive cuts him off and asks Burchill if he wants to bring it to Smackdown. Burchill says, “The Swashbuckling of Smackdown.” The Executive says it’s a great idea.
Regal Shakes Burchill’s hand and wishes him well. Burchill leaves and Regal turns to the Executive and says, (in a way only Regal can) “Imagine he came from a long line of Proctologists?” The Executive gives him a funny look. (It’s so nice to see Regal doing comedy again. It’s been a while and he is so witty. I’ve missed it.)

Henry is climbing in the ring, Daivari is with him. Orton comes down to the ring. They replay what Orty said earlier to Rey about Eddie. Rey Rey bounces out of the stage and comes down to the ring, but doesn’t get in. Angle’s music hits and he comes down.
Angle and Rey get in the ring together.

Angle and Orty are in the ring. Orty wants Rey. Rey tags in. Rey ducks under a Clothesline and starts beating on Orty. Rey gets thrown into the ropes and holds on. Orty rushes Rey and gets caught in Head Scissors that drags Orty out to the floor. Rey then hits a Sitting Senton on Orty. Rey tosses Orty back in the ring. Rey climbs but Orty knocks his feet out from under him so he lands hard. Orty picks up Rey over his shoulder and goes to tag Henry in. Orty holds Rey as Henry kicks him. Henry picks Rey up off the mat and then just drops him. He then puts his foot on Rey’s throat. Henry chokes Rey and then stands on him. Henry hits Rey with a Head Butt and tags Orty back in. Orty hits a knee to Rey’s sternum and then beats on his chest with forearms. Orty covers for two. Henry tags in. Orty hold Rey as Henry stomps him. Henry pins Rey who is about to kick out. He then chokes Rey on the second rope. Orty tags in. Rey starts throwing punches but runs into a Standing Dropkick. Orty covers for two. Rey gets tossed into a corner, but is able to move before Orty could gets there. Orty hits the ring post with his shoulder.
Rey works his way over and tags Angle. Orty is able to tag Henry. Angle throws a lot of punches and an Uppercut. Angle locks the Ankle Lock on Henry. Henry kicks Angle off as he did last week. Angle jumps right back in the ring and hits an Angle Slam. Angle then locks on the Ankle Lock again. Henry doesn’t kick him off this time. Orty rushes in to save Henry, but Angle sees it, lets go of Henry and hits Orty with s Drop Toe Hold. He then puts the Ankle lock on Orty. Henry gets up and hits a Low Blow on Angle, the ref wasn’t looking. Orgy tags in. He drops a couple knees on Angle. He then chokes Angle in the corner.
Angle starts fighting back, but gets caught by a high knee. Orty drags him over and tags in Henry. Orty hold Angle while Henry kicks him. He chokes Angle on the second rope. Henry then Head Butts Angle. Angle is hung up on the top rope. Henry kicks him in the face sending Angle outside. Henry then drives Angle into the stairs. Back in the ring Orty tags in. Angle and Orty exchange Uppercuts. Orty locks a Head lock on Angle, they are down on the mat. The ref starts raising and dropping Angle’s arm, but he’s not out. He gets to his feet and reverses the hold into a German. Both are on the mat. Rey tags in. Rey builds up speed and then hits a Bulldog on Orty.
Orty then hits a hard Clothesline on Rey. The “Eddie” chants start again. Rey is able to set Orty up for and hit the 619. Rey is about to follow up but Henry hits Rey from behind. Angle rushes across the ring knocking Henry from the apron. Angle follows him out and attacks, but Henry gets the upper hand. Henry goes to slam Angle into the ring post, but Angle reverses it sending Henry into the post. From behind Daivari attacks Angle. Angle turns around and goes after him. Angle chases Daivari though the crowd. Henry lumbers after them. In the ring Orty hits and Uppercut.
Orty hits and Uppercut on Rey. Rey gets tossed into the corner, but gets his elbow up into Orty’s face. Rey jumps up onto Orty’s shoulders he half hits a Sunset Flip. Orty kneeled down on Rey’s shoulders pinning him to the mat. Orty also held onto Rey’s pants to get the win.

Orty takes a mic and tells Rey he can’t beat him. Rey has as much chance to win the title at WM as Eddie does of coming back. Orty then mocks a prayer.
Rey takes a mic and tells Orty that he will take the challenge on behalf of Eddie.
