Brock Lesnar's attorneys have requested the U.S. District Court of Connecticut to shoot down WWE's latest attempt at preventing Lesnar from working for New Japan Pro Wrestling.
Lesnar's attorneys also stated that there will be a settlement conference scheduled for Monday regarding the case. The settlement is said to supersede any need for a hearing on the restraining order. They also pointed out that WWE had previously motioned the court for a restraining order, only to withdraw that request on their own.
