Former WWE Superstar Chris Jericho Returns to National TV Tonight on FOX

Former WWE superstar Chris Jericho will make his return to national television tonight on the new “Celebrity Duets” competition on the FOX Network. The show is a reality based television show where Jericho will join other celebrities in competing for $100,000 to be donated for charity. Various celebrities will be paired with various professional singers each week, with one contestant being voted off each week through viewer voting (nearly identical to American Idol).

The series debut is tonight at 8 pm Eastern and will last two hours. After tonight, the show will go to a one hour weekly slot on Thursday nights at 9 pm starting on September 7th. Other celebrities announced for the competition include actress Lucy Lawless, actor Cheech Marin, 2004 Olympic Gold Medalist gymnast Carly Patterson, actor/director Alfonso Ribeiro, Jai Rodriguez from Queer Eye for the Straight Guy, comedian Hal Sparks and actress Lea Thompson.
