-- Based on advertising out of the U.K., the original main events they were going to push were Umaga vs. the 'Jackass' crew lead by Johnny Knoxville, and John Cena vs. Edge. The Cena vs. Edge idea was dropped well before Edge got injured because Triple H wanted Randy Orton to get the title from Cena at SummerSlam.
-- Tickets for WrestleMania 24 at the Citrus Bowl in Orlando go on sale on January 13, 2008.
-- The president of WWE Films, Joel Simon, signed a new one-year contract worth $500,000 with WWE. He will also be receiving a percentage of certain fees and monies the company sees when they finally get some of the money made on the first three films next year. WWE still has yet to see a single dime from See No Evil, The Marine and The Condemned.
