AAA Star Suffers Apparent Concussion; Status For Upcoming WWE-AAA Worlds Collide Unclear

Current AAA and WWE signed star Octagon Jr. appears to have suffered an injury over the weekend that will put his participation in the upcoming Worlds Collide live event in jeopardy.

Appearing in a tag team triple threat match where he teamed up with Laredo Kid to take on Los Garza (Angel & Berto) as wel as Pagano & Psycho Clown, Octagon Jr. was involved in a spot with Pagano that reportedly resulted in him suffering a concussion. An "X" sign was thrown up and Octagon Jr. was unable to walk out on his own power, instead being stretchered out from ringside.

As a result, his status for this weekend's WWE x AAA Worlds Collide show (September 12, Las Vegas) is unclear. Octagon Jr. is currently scheduled to compete in an Eight-Man Lucha Showcase tag team match. He would be teaming up with La Parka (Brazo de Oro Jr.), Mascarita Sagrada & Nino Hamburguesa to take on Cruz Del Toro, Joaquin Wilde, Lince Dorado & Mini Abismo Negro.
