AEW filed a new trademark for the term “September to Remember” on Monday, August 18, as reported by F4WOnline.com. This term evokes the classic ECW event name, “November to Remember,” and AEW intends to use it for entertainment purposes.
“September to Remember” is planned for a future television special or pay-per-view (PPV) event, coinciding with AEW's upcoming seven-show residency at the 2300 Arena, formerly known as the ECW Arena, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, which runs from August 27 to September 11. During this residency, AEW will present multiple episodes of Dynamite, Collision, and ROH Death Before Dishonor, and it is possible that the new term will be featured during one of these shows.
As of now, AEW has not announced a specific “September to Remember” PPV or television special. The Philadelphia residency will begin after the Forbidden Door event and lead into the All Out PPV, scheduled for September 20 in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
