-- The return of one of AEW's top stars could be on the horizon. Fightfulselect.com is reporting that Sammy Guevara, who has been out of action since February, has been discussed for a return to TV over the last few weeks. Guevara has been out since early 2024 after being suspended due to not following concussion protocol in a match against Jeff Hardy, however, that suspension ended a while ago and he has simply not had any creative plans since.
-- Charlette Renegade, who has been sidelined with an injury, was backstage at last night's AEW Dynamite. Fightfulselect.com reports that she was taking steps to finally gain clearance after being out of action for all of 2024 so far. The report added that Charlette has been working to get cleared for quite some time and both she and her sister were at Dynamite. Sources have noted that the two have "gotten close" with Mercedes Mone as of late.
