On tap for tonight's Rampage is The Butcher vs. Darby Allin and a number of other great matches and segments.

Featured below are complete AEW Rampage results from Friday, March 18, 2022.

The NCAA game is finally over, and it is now time to get this week's edition of AEW Rampage off-and-running.

No, TNT didn't forget about us little ole' wrasslin' fans this evening. With the never-ending college basketball game in the books, the "Rampage is up next" interstitial commercial just aired and we're getting going in just a minute.

Here we go!

The "This is Rampage, baby!" cold open video package and theme hits and we shoot inside the Freeman Coliseum in San Antonio, Texas where Excalibur, Taz, Ricky Starks and Chris Jericho welcome us to the show on commentary.

Darby Allin vs. The Butcher

Already in the ring are the competitors for our opening contest, which is the main advertised bout heading into this week's one-hour Friday night TNT program.

Darby Allin and The Butcher are ready to get this one off-and-running, and he's not going to have to wait long, as the bell sounds and our first match of the evening is off-and-running.

Darby starts off in the offensive lead, taking it to his bigger opponent by using his speed and tenacity advantages. This doesn't last for long, however, as the size and strength of The Butcher allows him to take over.

We see the action spill out to the floor, where The Butcher continues to beat down the face-painted baby face. Back in the ring, he keeps his spot in the offensive driver's seat secure and continues his domination.

As The Butcher launches Allin out to the floor again, we head to a mid-match commercial break after Butcher gets in Sting's face while Allin remains laid out behind him still.

When we return from the break, we see Butcher with Allin in a Texas Clover Leaf submission. He hoists Allin up while still in the hold and power-bombs him down, without letting go of the aforementioned submission the entire time. The commentators marvel at how they've never seen that spot done before.

Butcher takes Allin back out to the floor at ringside and again adds more punishment by continuing his attack on Allin. He swings Allin and bashes him into the steel barricade, and then into the steel ring steps.

Out of nowhere, Allin hits his Code Red trademark spot on Butcher on the floor after leaping off the ring steps. He then heads to the top-rope with Butcher still laid out and launches himself backwards, connecting with his Coffin Drop onto Butcher on the floor.

Allin rolls back in the ring and the referee counts out The Butcher. Allin ends up picking up the victory via count-out.

Winner via Count Out: Darby Allin

After The Match: A.F.O. Attacks, Hardy Brothers Make Save

Once the match ruling is made, Allin celebrates his victory in the ring until we hear the theme for Andrade El Idolo.

Andrade comes out on the top of the entrance stage, but stops. He simply stares down Allin while from behind, Private Party hits the ring and attacks Allin.

The post-match attack continues until we see The Hardy Brothers hit the ring. Matt and Jeff Hardy make the save and run off the Andrade Family Office (A.F.O.).

They stop and turn on the entrance ramp until Matt Hardy calls them out and dares them to come back to the ring now that the numbers game is even.

A.F.O. stays put, so Matt extends an eight-man Texas tornado tag-team match for The Hardy Brothers, Sting & Darby Allin against the A.F.O.'s Andrade, Butcher, Marq Quen and Isiah Kassidy.

Once the post-match segment wraps up, Excalibur runs down some more confirmed matches for tonight's show and then we head to another commercial break.

"Legit" Leyla Hirsch vs. Red Velvet

We return from the break to see Scorpio Sky talking to the camera with Dan Lambert and Paige Van Zant standing by his side. They cut a quick promo and then we head back into the arena.

Now we get ready for our next match of the evening. "Legit" Leyla Hirsch's theme hits and out she comes.

Red Velvet's theme hits and her opponent begins making her way to the ring, but is stopped when a brawl breaks out between the two on the entrance ramp.

Velvet gets the better of the exchange and then brings Hirsch into the ring where she adds on her offensive lead. Hirsch ends up cutting things short and taking over, but not for long, as Velvet gets her down in the corner and puts the boots to her.

Now we see Hirsch take over and bounce Velvet off the mat with authority. She works in some effective ground and pound on Velvet as we head to a mid-match commercial break. Soon after we return the match wraps up, with Velvet getting the "W."

Winner: Red Velvet

The House of Black vs. Bear Country & Fuego del Sol

After another break we get right back to the action by heading to the ring. We hear the theme for The House of Black playing and out comes Malakai Black, Brody King and Buddy Matthews.

Already in the ring are their opponents, Fuego del Sol and Bear Country. The bell sounds and we're off-and-running.

Black kicks things off for his team, taking it to Bear who eventually tags in del Sol. We see del Sol get in a couple of offensive spots but immediately Black shifts the momentum right back into his favor.

He tags in Buddy Matthews as Bear Bronson tags in for his team. Matthews immediately establishes the offensive control over his larger opponent, beating him down while taunting Bear Boulder and del Sol on the ring apron.

Brody King tags in and picks up where Matthews left off, taking it to Bear and knocking him out of the ring after he makes the tag to del Sol.

As soon as King beats him down he tags back out and he does the same to Bear when he tags in. del Sol ends up coming back in as the legal man and he flies all over the place, actually knocking Malakai senseless and King out of the ring.

He continues his offensive spree for another moment or two but then he ends up spring-boarding off the ropes right into a flying knee from Matthews, who hits his finisher as a follow-up and scores the pin fall victory.

Winners: The House of Black

Keith Lee vs. Max Caster

It's main event time, folks! After Mark Henry wraps up his pre-match, split-screen interview with the participants in the headline bout of tonight's show, we head back inside the ring and prepare for the final match of the program.

Out comes "Limitless" Keith Lee, who settles inside the ring as Chris Jericho sings his praises on commentary.

The theme for The Acclaimed hits and out comes the duo of Max Caster and Anthony Bowens. Caster does a good freestyle, as always, which this time included references to Pete Davidson's photo diss to Kanye West in bed, the Alamo (since they're in San Antonio) and even some political references.

With both guys in the ring, the bell sounds and this one gets off to a hot start, with "Limitless" Lee bouncing Caster around the ring like a rag-doll.

After some help from Bowens at ringside, we see Caster jump into the offensive lead in this one. He begins dominating the action as we head to a mid-match commercial break.

When we return from the break, we see Lee taking back over control of the offense. Meanwhile, we hear Powerhouse Hobbs on commentary, as he has joined fellow Team Taz members Taz and Ricky Starks for a very biased broadcast team for our final match of the show.

The match culminates with Lee eventually beating down Caster and hitting his finisher for the pin fall victory. Once the match wraps up, Hobbs runs down to the ring and gets in Lee's face. Shane "Sw3rve" Strickland ends up coming out to even the numbers game and to end the show on a positive note.

Winner: Keith Lee
