AEW Star Abadon Files To Trademark Her Own Ring Name

This past March 3rd, AEW's Abadon, using her real name, filed to trademark her own ring name with the USPTO (United States Patent and Trademark Office) for merchandising and entertainment purposes. Prior to signing with AEW in June 2020, Abadon has also competed for promotions such as Rocky Mountain Pro, where she is a former two-time Lockettes Champion.

Abadon first appeared for AEW on the March 4th, 2020 episode of Dark, where she faced Hikaru Shida in Singles action. Abadon would then make her AEW Dynamite Debut on the June 17, 2020 episode, where she defeated Anna Jay in a one-on-one match and it was after this match that she signed her contract with AEW.

“G & S: Hats; Shirts; Sweatshirts; Hooded sweatshirts”, as well as “G & S: Entertainment in the nature of wrestling contests; Entertainment services, namely, wrestling exhibits and performances by a professional wrestler and entertainer; Entertainment services, namely, live appearances by a a professional wrestler and sports entertainer; Entertainment services, namely, personal appearances by a professional wrestling and sports entertainment personality; Entertainment services, namely, televised appearances by a professional wrestler and sports entertainment personality; Providing wrestling news and information via a global computer network; Providing online interviews featuring a professional wrestling and sports entertainment personality in the field of professional wrestling and sports entertainment for entertainment purposes.”
