The participant field is set for the first-ever AEW Women's World Championship Eliminator Tournament.
During the AEW Dynamite: Beach Break special on TNT on Wednesday evening, All Elite Wrestling aired a video package that revealed all 16 competitors that will be vying to earn the next shot at the AEW Women's World Championship, currently held by Hikaru Shida.
The matches for the tourney will take place in the United States, as well as in Japan, with the tournament field consisting of eight participants from the U.S. and eight from Japan.
The list of Japanese wrestlers competing in the first-ever AEW Women's World Championship Eliminator Tournament are as follows:
