Athena Comments On AEW Double Or Nothing Debut: "Still Can't Believe Last Night Happened"

"The Fallen Goddess" has arrived in All Elite Wrestling.

As noted, AEW President Tony Khan chimed in on social media to confirm the "#AllElite" status of the former WWE NXT Superstar known as Ember Moon shortly after she made her initial appearance for AEW over the weekend.

Following Athena's debut appearance where she came to the aid of Anna Jay after Jade Cargill successfully defended her TBS Women's Championship at AEW Double Or Nothing 2022 on Sunday night, the former NXT Women's Champion surfaced on social media to release a statement.

"On top of the world," she began in a post on her official Twitter page addressing her surprise debut at the fourth-annual AEW DoN show. "Still can't believe last night happened."

Athena continued, "Thank you, AEW for the extremely warm welcome. I promise you won't be disappointed!! I'm on a whole 'nother level now because I am #AllElite!!#FallenGoddess #TheAlpha."
