"The Icon" is ending his legendary career.
And apparently All Elite Wrestling is bringing in other legends to send him off in style.
There is a lot of speculation about the possibility of top pro wrestling legends appearing on AEW television as part of the announced retirement of Sting, who noted he will wrestle his last match ever at AEW Revolution 2024.
According to one source, potential names that AEW could bring in for Sting's retirement are Ric Flair, Ricky Steamboat, Lex Luger, Buff Bagwell and others.
Coincidentally enough, Sting mentioned all of these names during his retirement promo on this week's AEW Dynamite.
As noted, AEW has announced that Tony Khan has a gift for "The Icon" Sting on next week's episode of AEW Dynamite.
