Nic Nemeth returned to WWE last night on Raw, reprising his role as Dolph Ziggler while competing against Solo Sikoa.
For those wondering whether Nemeth is back with WWE on a regular or semi-regular basis, the answer is no - at least according to a new report from fightfulselect.com.
According to their story, Nemeth's situation is much like Matt Cardona's the previous week. Sources within WWE have confirmed that Nemeth is not signed to a WWE contract and is still considered to be a member of the TNA roster, where has has worked under a series of short-term contracts. TNA sources have indicated that Nemeth prefers working on these short deals after previously being locked into a long-term agreement with WWE.
The report noted that WWE officials were very happy with his performance on Monday and as noted in an earlier story, Nemeth himself had only great things to say about his experience back in WWE, stating that he had a ton of fun.
