Backstage Update On Ticket Sales For WWE Survivor Series And AEW Full Gear

According to Dave Meltzer in the latest edition of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, WWE's Survivor Series premium live event (PLE) has sold a total of 32,314 tickets, with the current average ticket price set at $190. The event is scheduled for Saturday, November 29, and remains one of WWE's major PLEs in its annual calendar.

Meltzer also mentioned that he believes AEW's Full Gear pay-per-view (PPV) could sell between 9,000 and 10,000 tickets overall, with the latest count showing 7,763 tickets distributed. The average ticket price for Full Gear is $55. This event is one of AEW's key year-end shows and is scheduled for November 22, the week before Survivor Series, with ticket sales continuing to grow toward the projected total.

These sales reports highlight the differences in attendance levels and pricing structures for the two companies as they prepare for their respective events. Survivor Series will take place at Petco Park in San Diego, California, which has a larger venue capacity and higher ticket prices. Conversely, Full Gear will be held at Prudential Center in Newark, New Jersey, with a smaller projected attendance range and lower average ticket costs. Each event follows its own pricing model, influenced by venue selection and its position on the company’s schedule.
