- Fightfulselect.com reports that Dustin Rhodes, CJ Perry, Brittnie Brooks, RIcky Starks, J-Rod, Allie Katch, Jimmy Lloyd, Rina Yamashita were all in attendance at WrestleMania.
- Stephanie McMahon's opening promo was kept very quiet internally and on run sheets, it was actually listed as a Triple H promo in order to keep it a secret. Stephanie was welcomed back by many backstage as she has a great relationship with many of the wrestlers and also carries a positive reputation unlike Vince McMahon.
- There was also said to be "heavy praise" for the camera work, according to the fightful report. There were said to be no mishaps as coordination between ringside crew and those working pyro, lighting, etc.
- WWE has been visibly moving away from the "sports entertainment" type branding.
- The commentary team were far less restrictive on what they could or couldn't say compared to previous years.
- While many people within WWE were aware that there would be heavy interference in the main event, not everyone was aware of who would be involved or what their role would be. However, the producers of the main event were of course aware of the surprises.
